Sunday Worship Services

First Evangelical Presbyterian Church offers a traditional service of worship (10:30 a.m.) where the proclamation of the Word is central.  In worship we seek to lift high the name of Jesus, to attend to the call of Christ upon our lives through our service and to respond in faith to the challenges of contemporary Christian living.  Our music is a rich blend of the hymns that have sustained the church in ages past as well as the music that inspires the heart of today's Christian.  We believe that worship is not something we observe but an action that we take in response to the gift of God's grace.

We celebrate the Lord's Supper periodically throughout the year, usually on the first Sunday of each liturgical season.  All who have been baptized into the faith of Jesus Christ are welcomed to the Lord's Table.

Nursery

First EPC offers childcare for babies, birth through twenty-four months, and for toddlers, twenty-four to thirty-six months of age.  Paid staff members and volunteers provide the children with a safe and loving environment while parents are in Sunday School, worship, Bible Study, and special events.  Parents are encouraged to volunteer for nursery duty four times per year and are welcome at any time in our nursery.

A Check-In/Check-Out paging and tag system is used to keep children safe.

Each room is brightly decorated and well-appointed with age appropriate equipment and toys.
